"Brake pads worn" message AFTER replacing all pads and sensors

Hi there, recently replaced all pads and both sensors on Cire70's 2013 D4. BUT the brake worn message won't disappear from the instrument cluster. I am sure that I clipped the new sensor into the slot on the pads correctly on both front and rear. Is there anything that I could be missing?

    Thanks
    Regards, Will

Cut and twist the wire together on the old sensor and, connect it up , look at dash , it won't matter which one you connect to obviously, if the warning goes off on the first one you connect to that's the culprit , if not it's the other. I have found some aftermarket to be faulty , also check continuity.

I'd heard rumour that once the sensor is replaced you clear it with the IID?

Haven't let them get to that stage so haven't looked to be honest...

Check that the sensor hasn't come away from its spot and been knocked about by the rim. I need a new sensor on the RR for this reason.

A few months ago I had a sensor fail - I removed the sensor and cut/soldered the wires on the bench. I had a hell of a time plugging the sensor cable back in. It got to the point where I was using pliers to put pressure on the plug to clip it in! If yours was/is anything like mine then theres a good chance its not plugged in properly.

As Shane said the connectors can be a bit of a problem to plug together correctly. Double check them as I suspect one of them isn't correct.
