			300tdi Centre Bulkhead Trim

					Hi folks,

The R380 cover trim and bulkhead trim on my 96' 300tdi 110 are literally falling apart. I've bought the former replacement through roverparts, but cannot find a new bulkhead trim panel for sale anywhere in Oz.

Roversnorth sell them for USD $402, and that's without postage, which is fricken ridiculous for what is essentially rubber and foam.

Anyone know of a local, cheaper solution?

 Cheers

You might find your local motor trimmer/upholsterer can make something up for very little cost.

The other alternative is stump up another $500 over the silly cost of the cover from the US and get this R380 Mat
 Cuts noise, cuts heat.
Exmoor Trim sell it too under their name.

Thanks - yes perhaps that would be a cost-effective solution.

I had looked at that, but perhaps fired too early and bought the gearbox cover on it's own... installation would be a bit fiddly what with some of the modifications in my truck, but certainly better bang for buck...

 Will mull it over...

 Cheers
