Nobody ? doesnt matter, malt tasted fine and is now happily bubbling away in the laundry. Yeast was dead but picked up another sachet on the way home last night.
I have a can of cascade extract that bought in Tassie years ago, cant find a useby date and the can was slightly pressurised but tastes fine after opening.
Worth the risk or dump it ?

I wouldn't risk it........ It might ferment.
.....oh, wait.![]()
If it's in a can it's fine, just so you know for next time, sorry I missed this I'm a bit busy trip prepping and I haven't touched my homebrew stuff for ages, been really slack with the brewing and visiting here too.
Cheers Baz.

So pretty much all the brews i had done before had finished fermenting in around 5 days, this one has been going for 12 days.
I know it takes longer during cooler temps but there is no sing of it slowing down, should i turn the heater strap off ?
