Darwin to Melbourne(or part there of), Starter motor/distributer/head lights.

I'm looking for assistance in getting some parts that belong to my recent purchase.
Unfortunately they couldn't be placed in the vehicle due to carrier conditions.

The parts are located at Dundee Downs however arrangements could be made to get them into Darwin if required.
If the parts only get to Adelaide I can ask a mate really nicely to grab them on his next work jaunt over there.
A work mate is in Alice late August but may not have the room for or the weight capacity to spare as he's heading to the desert also.

Failing that does anyone know of a reasonable cost effective freight company I could use?
    The parts...

    TIA.
    Cheers, Kyle

Will the person up there box them? Will he/she take them to a depot? Something of that size could be thrown in on top of a load for not much. I'm out of it now, but I did stuff like that often. Better still, approach someone who drives for CEVA, or any of the car carrying mobs, who often come home empty.
Seriously though, Kyle, you could probably just use Post/StarTrack. What's the weight?

I'm sure they could be packed into a box and onto a skid easily enough by the previous owner/custodian.
    I'm guessing 20-2KG plus a skid.
None of the car carries where prepared to have these parts in the car or trailer when I looked at options.
In fact CEVA where prepared to bring the trailer also while not wanting the tilt/soft top removed from the lightweight.
    Cheers, Kyle

I know where that is. Just off the M7, turn on to , say, Elizabeth drive. Kyle, you hardly need to go into Sydney at all!

    Gunna remember you, Ean.

Yep, they're nuts. I was more thinking of a sling for the driver... Empty truck, not far out of his way.. goes on all the time.
