03 Disco HSE-self levelling susspension alrm

I have an HSE v8 Disco and once every 2 months or so the warning light and alarm comes on for the self levelling susspension. The ride height has not dropped but the constant alarm and indicator light is a pain in the a@#e. Has anyone experienced this and know of a fix?

I have a TDV6 HSE and am experienced the same problem in the last couple of days.

If I remember correctly I saw a thread somewhere saying that there was a batch of faulty compressors. Will have to chase up or can someone please advise.

I believe it may be a software or component issue.
There was an article about this and LR's refusal to acknowledge the problem in November's LRO.

I'll see if i can find the article and post back.

I have heard of the suspension lowering itself (whilst on freeway) in some instances too. 8O

Had my TDV6 HSE to the local dealers today to have it checked out. They have confirmed that the compressor has to be replaced. Have to wait unit next week now as they have to order one in.

Also interesting that there was a recall notice as well. The Gearbox Parking Pawl also has to be replaced. Apparently the current pawls are too weak for the job. Again replacement parts have to be brought in. Will be fixed next week with the compressor.
