Diff types - confirmation please

Hi All, can someone just double check the attach pics of my diffs and confirm they are both Rover type diffs please (rear is white one) ?

Yes - the only* diffs fitted to Series 2/2a were Rover and Salisbury, and the Salisbury is easily identified by the removable rear cover. A very few may have something different to what they left the factory with.

*There are some exceptions to this - some One Ton, forward control, and armoured models - but these are so rare in Australia that in nearly sixty years of looking carefully at every Landrover I spot, I have never seen one. Series 2b had ENV diffs (or Salisbury).
