How do I undo this connection

Hello folks, is the circled hose connection able to be undone.
I got myself a fuel cooler but the fuel hose to the regulator has been cut.
So is the circled connection able to be undone.

I reckon you'll be needing this style of tool

7pc Fuel Disconnect Tool Set

They clip on the stem of the metal fitting then push back to the hose fitting and release the fitting from the ridge you can see on the fitting that has no hose attached
