    film perenties soon for auction

    Hi,
I have been informed that next month (Oct) that Grays On line will have a number of perenties for sale that have been recently used in film work and that may interest some of you/us. Some have gun turrets etc and lots of bar work but this can be removed to leave some very nice chassis and running gear maybe suitable for converting to whatever you like. I gather that they may not be registerable as bought but would serve as a great start for a project. The team who worked on them has also done stuff for Mad Max etc and are LR experts.

I don't have any more detail than that but have been asked to spread the word so maybe keep an eye out on the auction site.

IMG_8603.jpgThe Perenties are now live at auction in Sydney

also the link to the trailer that has just been released.

Watch Pacific Rim Uprising's first full trailer - Polygon

I was involved in the building of these vehicles and the filming of the movie, will be plenty of very recognisable locations when released.

    Not Plywood AC

Not plywood but aluminium composite panel, will have a bit of an afterlife.

    I doubt it.
The base vehicles were Perentie RFSVs.
