My 03 td5 Defender has suffered from a warped exhaust manifold.
Rear manifold stud also snapped off.

Managed to get the broken stud out and have had the manifold machined and the outside holes enlarged by 1mm.

I have ordered replacement studs, longer and stronger supposedly.
And also a gasket.

Plan to refit the manifold on the weekend, any tips?
Hoping it is all pretty straight forward.
