    TRANSMISSION LINE LEAK

    Vehicle TDI300 Ser1 disco

    Under the left hand side of the radiator, the two tubes that carry the ATF to the cooler one has a join in it with approx 20 mm. connections joins in it . Does the join have an O ring in it mine is leaking Today I undid the join as far as I could and cleaned and wrapped it with thread tape then did the join back up hope fully it has stopped

    Pretty sure there's a o-ring in the fitting you dismantled unless someone's modified it.

    Orings at either end but at if its leaking near a crimp then its new hose time.
