    Aftermarket exhaust SDV6

Has anyone had experience fitting and aftermarket exhaust to their 3.0? Mine is a MY11 and the existing system has dropped its guts, sounds like a bunch of tin cans rattling around !

I have seen the Legendex system at $2700 , seems expensive but i suppose they would not sell that many. I am in Melbourne.

    Thoughts, suggestions?

See an exhaust shop and have them build something.

Will likely be a better alternative and often cheaper.

A few mandrel bends, a new higher flow box in the guts...

Do you know what’s broken on your existing exhaust?

Yes, the weld / crimps have let go next to the spare tyre. I have fixed it with the MIG but is a great opportunity for an upgrade 😉

Hi, my D3 exhaust had been bent over time so had it replaced by a local exhaust guy before xmas, $350 without the resonators fitted and he increased the dia slightly as it allowed for a thicker wall thickness. Did a great job and sounds about the same.

I would have assumed no resonators would be noisy.

Your earlier photo looked like they were getting replaced with just pipe?
