Not to put a dampener on it and much as I appreciate the design, I am sure that the TR images are registered to JLR and use of the symbols may be an infringement. If you have done your checks then well and good, but I did check the designs and stumbled across LR's registration of them a few years ago.

Yeah I was wondering about that ... isn’t that the same as clubs / individuals using the Ford logo etc on mugs and crap?

Hardly a venture tho - was going to get a couple made for myself and thought I could order a larger batch

One or a hundred, the issue remains the same - I'd presume that unless LR gives you the OK then you'd be on shaky ground.

I really don’t think it’s going to matter if there are 20odd floating around. LR have got bigger things to worry about if there are 20 T-shirts with terrain response logo on them.

That are advertising for free their product. It would be different if used in a negative light. I appreciate in the eyes of trademark law that the use of the logos without authority is in breach however common sense can me applied I believe.
