99 DiscoII TD% Auto

I have very annoying vibration at about the 2200RPM mark, all gears including neutral, park etc

After quite some time of tracking it down I am about 95% sure I have a dud injector.

After giving my fuel a shock dose of injector cleaner, it runs smooth for a short while and then goes back to its old way

I have heard the a power balance test will reveal if I have an issue, but I have also heard that this only works when the car is at idle speed and may not real the issue at 2200RPM Speed

Has anyone had this test done before and what was the result?
