    Territory Lion Engine - Oil pumps good or not?

    Hi Guys,
    The early 2.7LR's had issues with the oil pumps. Was this fixed by the time Ford used them?

    Yes , only affected pre 09 2.7's.

    Mine is an 01/08 and it had the suspect housing, bought 1 from Ford for the Territory 2.7 and it had the beefed up housing.

    As indicated - the Territory pump housings are fine.
