    It is actually. They have absolutely no idea about motive, inspiration, or anything else that the USA is usually totally on top of. If there is no chatter, and no one owns up, how do you know who is doing it? And the fact that people are picking up packages from the stoop, and being blown up, well, that's very American. Gee Whizz, some ones trying to kill me. Hulloo? The most dangerous terrorist is the one you can not trace.
