    Another Territory 2.7 into a D3

    Hi,

    Looking for some help I am getting desperate on the lack of knowledge. I have a blown 2.7 in my D3 to cut a long story short I am trying to find information on what to do and not do while changing this engine over. My disco is a 2006 and the motor I got is a out of a 2012 Territory.
    I have been reading everything I can on changing them over. I read on this forum that a couple of people have changed them over but there is conflicting information one post says that all the electrical plugs are compatible and
    just plug in. Another post says 2 of these plugs are different. It gets a bit confusing. Does anyone know if the 2012 territory engine is different than the 2006 Land Rover with pollution stuff ie EU3 and EU4. Also could I leave the Territory
    fuel pump and injectors on or would I have to use the Land Rover parts. Is there any way to get the engine out with out lifting the body. Also does the ECU need any programming or resetting. If anyone has any other sugestions they would be accepted gratefully.
    I have the feeling I might have got in over my head.

    Little bit of a problem

    Finally found a mechanic that would change over my engines and he sent me a picture of the sump of the landy engine, I think something went wrong.Resized_20180428_091104_272.jpg I don't know if this is the correct way to show pictures but I hope it works
