    Aftermarket clutch.

    Hi all,
At what point (if at all) does one need to consider a beefier clutch in a TD5 110? I have an aggressive remap, open exhaust, EGR delete and am soon to fit a big intercooler. So far it hasn't shown itself to be an issue, but then, I don't drive like a dick. Occurred to me I don't see much talk on bigger clutches, so was just wondering...............

The factory offering will handle all you have quite fine.

Mate if you are approaching 550Nm and 180Kw then probably yes. With your mechanical Sympathy it'll be fine...

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈

Mine started to rattle at idle so I fitted an AP HD clutch. That's for a 2009 Puma, not a TD5.
