They have probably replaced fuse 1, the rear accessory socket is on fuse 3
As they are independent fuses I don't see why both would have blown.
I've attached the junction box fuse layout
I've sent you a PM.

						Hey all,
For those of you that have played around with the fuse boxes on the D5s; are the 12v outputs in the centre console fused separately from the 12v outputs in the dashboard?
I ask because I recently lost all output from every 12v output other than the one in boot, when I took it into Land Rover they said it was just a fuse that had blown. When they replaced the fuse, the dash outputs came back to life but not the 3 in the centre console. They tried to blame it on the UHF radio I had installed by a reputable installer.
Just hoping to get the facts before this turns into a blame game between LR and the radio installer.
Thanks in advance,
Tom

Thanks Greg, that's a huge help
Ah, yeah, that may have been my fault. Was using a 12V inverter to charge my laptop while on a trip, worked fine the first time I used it.
Unfortunately when it stopped working the second time a tried in a different socket
Lesson well and truly learnt
