I'm looking at buying a Freelander 2 with the SI6 motor. Reasons being that purchase price is considerably lower and fuel consumption isn't really a concern. Car will largely be used by my wife for the short run to work or the shops with longer runs on the weekend.

I've seen a pretty cheap 2008 model with 189k on it, are there any particular concerns over this motor at this mileage? Or of the car in general?
