We bought this in a roll on the mid 90's, it is 11mm thick overall.
The rubber top is non slip 5mm thick and the base is a foam rubber style product 6 mm thick, the stuff is almost indestructible, it's as good as the day we bought it, trouble is I can't find where we got it or what it's called...any ideas?

Looks like standard foam/heavy layer automotive sound proofing matting.
There's a few sources around, have a look at carbuilders website, but my recommendation would be to contact a company called Pyrotek and ask them if they have any stock of "Kenworth matting".
As the name suggests, this is what they stick in Kenworth trucks and is the same style of textured vinyl layer with foam underneath, although the foam isn't quite as dense as the stuff in your pic.
It probably has a technical product name, but Pyrotek in Dandenong knew it as Kenworth matt when I bought it from them - it's what I've put in my Defender.
