						Hi all,
Got my first Landy a few weeks back, 2013 Discovery 4 SDV6 SE
Found a little bit of oil under it the other day, my local mechanic (which is very good and has always serviced my cars) cleaned around it and couldn't find any sign of a leak, he reckoned it could have been a spill from the top up the dealer did when I bought it and we'll keep an eye on it.
It's done 88k and has the LR online history up to 78k last year so as due a service, the dealer (none LR) that sold me it said he'd have a service done but the receipt just shows "topped up fluids", so I'm going to get it serviced myself for peace of mind.
I'd also like a wheel alignment done, it doesn't pull and stays poker straight but when straight the steering wheel is very slightly off center, not bad just enough to bug me. I'd like to have the wheel centered then the alignment set to it. From reading on here wheel alignment needs to be done by someone that can put the car in a certain service mode?
Being that I've only had ait a few weeks and it's my first Land Rover I;m thinking it'd be a good idea to drop it down to a LR specialst for it's first service at least, get the whole car checked whilst it's there and have the alignment done.
So, any recommendations? I'm based on the Peninsula but don't mind a run out if there's stand-out place that's highly recomended.
Thanks.
