Had a win with the radio

About 1 year ago my then 2 yr old jammed something in my cd player and murdered it, I seen an ad on gumtree for a bloke doing radio upgrades etc, business called "old jaguar" guys name is Cameron, I rang him and asked if he could fix mine. He said he could, I told him I fitted a reverse camera 3 years ago, but never made it to dash, or changed ccf file. Nothing was a drama, booked it in and dropped off at 8am cam called later and said when pulling the radio out he found an issue, reinstalled and tested, now working and would I like to change the unit as initially quoted or take my chances, I took my chances and it is working as it should, he even cleaned out the sand that had gotten into the unit.
He ran the wires from the rear to the head unit, made a harness which he sells and plugged in my camera, when he activated it, it didn't work, was pal not NTSC, sent me a photo of the screen then changed it over with a camera he had in stock. Picture quality is perfect. IMG_7066.jpg

He then activated a few things that I wanted, global close, headlights always on, mirror dip etc.

Called me to come get my car. All the trims and dash etc are all the way they should be, no marks and my cd player works, he even put me on to a place to get a Bluetooth adapter so the wife can Spotify through Bluetooth.

Just thought I'd share a good experience, hard to come by at times.
