Just did the above on the D3 today figured I’d let others know if they are looking for OE parts without the LR markup.

Tensioner looks to be “Gates”, with the “Made In Canada” machined off

Idle Pulley “Gates”
Belt “Dayco”

Overall easy job, viscous fan does not need to come off.

Basically:
1. Remove big pipe from air box to throttle body along with breather hose (Flatheads)
2. Remove upper fan shroud (Hands, 4 clips, 2 on each corner)
3. De-tension tensioner (Left. Swings down)
4. Remove tensioner (13mm)
5. Remove idle pulley (15mm)
6. Remove belt.

Reverse to install. (45nm torque both tensioner & pulley bolts)

All up around $80AUD from the US.

Hope this helps.
