D4 - Front door window glass disconnect from winder mechanism

I'm trying to replace the the door lock actuator on the front passenger door of my MY12 D4. I can push the tongue/tabs on that clip right back but the glass won't pull up. I've already done both rear doors so thought I had it down pat now but I cannot get the glass to seperate from the white clip on the power window winder mechanism - on the rear doors I managed to seperate them working solo but the front even with a second person doing the upwards pull so that I can use two hands to push the clip tabs back it doesn't move. What could I be missing?

EDIT: just found this thread < DISCO3.CO.UK - View topic - Replacing door latch / window regulator - Now with guide > turns out there's two clips on the front door windows, not one like the rear window...

EDIT 2: I cannot fit my arm far enough into the door to reach the second glass window training clip to disconnect it. Any advice on how to do this?

EDIT 3: the trick is to have the window open pretty much exactly 5" (125mm), this allows just enough space to get your arm in and through to get to the second clip. Previously i had the window open at around 160mm and just couldn't fit!
