    Metal pan replacement

    Hi guys doing the metal pan/flush this weekend the pan come with a plastic bit which I assume is to aid in filling but do leave it in or don’t bother. I am thinking of taking it off, before fitting the pan.
    2010 D4 3litre twin turbo brand new motor 5km old on a 100,000km car. Kaymar rear bar, ARB front bar, Hannibal roof rack, Hella Predator Spot lights, long rand fuel tank, Traxide battery management. touring weapon.

    Leave it off, it’s for when they fill the transmission at the factory from an IBC or whatever bulk storage of ATF they use.
