AFAIK the TD5 isn't OBDII compliant, therefore an OBDII code reader won't work, or probably what you can do will be limited
You'll need a Nanocom or Hawkeye.
I've find the Nanocom almost invaluable with a D2 and the TD5.

						Has anyone used icarsoft lrv2.0 diagnostic tool on 2005 td5 defender?and if so are they ok .
