SubscriberDash lights not working last night , everything else was ok , so suspected a fuse , changed out both instrument cluster fuses #39 and #68 , (neither was blown) .. now turn on ignition, hazards go on and vehicle won’t start ??? Can’t turn off hazards when key is in ignition. Battery is near new and fully charged. Have tried disconnecting battery and refitting again . No joy . Check fuses again and all plugs and connections at fuse boxes.
Has anyone any ideas ?

Are you able to get any fault codes read? Sound like it "could" be a dead cluster. A few years ago I had the canbus module in my cluster crap out and that prevented the D3 from being started. Also activated the hazard lights as well
