Really bob this has been extensively reported in Sydney media and a building commissioner has been appointed.
It is a waste of space on this forum.

I dont normally open Bob’s copy paste threads as I’ve normally read it elsewhere.

But as I’m scrolling past I do see a couple of the lines of replies.....

Pretty sure this thread meets General Chat guidelines, maybe suggest changing the guide lines, than communicate than start deleting.

Big call to threaten deleting threat that comply with guidelines. I’m not sure one person should decided if a thread will get traction as we all have different interests, what doesn’t interest you may interest others

You could just scroll past...and the thread will drop off the bottom of the page, by posting you bring it to the top again
