Darwin Service

Will pause in Darwin on a half-lap in early June and will need a service. Tried to book Darwin Motor Group but apparently they are losing their affiliation. Land Rover Customer Service don’t know yet who are replacing them.

June likely to be busy with similar travellers so wanted to book now. Any Territorians know of a good indy who I can book? Just after an arduous duty service, and to maybe fix what millions of corrugations broke.

Placed a similar post in the NT section of the suppliers forum, but all the entries there are over a year old, so hoping someone here has some advice.

there is an excellent indie in the suburb of Parap, his name is Leigh: unfortunately I cannot now find his company name or phone,
But....., I reckon if you rang Sutton’s in Alice Springs , they would have Leigh’s address

I can vouch for Leigh at Nightcliff Service Centre. I lived up there for six years, he’s the only person up there I would trust.

The mechanic at the dealer in Alice Springs is also excellent (well he was last time I used him in 2016) if you’re heading through the centre.
