We haven’t really progressed much in 110 years!
So it seems EVs aren't such a new thing after all.
The motor museum in Wynyard in Tasmania, where we are today, contains a beautiful example of a 1910 Waverley Coupe, with a 50 mile range.
Remarkably, this car has NOT been restored, but is in beautiful original condition, and driven regularly at rallies.
Just a lovely machine.

We haven’t really progressed much in 110 years!

Is it not common knowledge that electric cars were very common as the start of the car era? You guys need to study history more.

Those of you old enough to remember Walt Disney comic books would remember that Grandma Duck drove a Detroit Electric. Giltrap's museum on the Gold Coast had one.
