Discovery LHS rear door stuck - cannot be opened from inside or outside

The LHS rear door got my Disco 3 is locked and cannot be opened from either inside or inside?
I believe that my daughter was changing the child lock and was locked after that.
Any idea on how to fix this?

Have you tried locking and unlocking using the key fob. Unless there is a mechanical problem you should be able to open the door and then change any lock setting.

Has the seat belt latch accidentally been jammed in the door making it exceptionally tight?

*The LH rear lock actuator failure is relatively common, after the RH drivers door.

*Press and hold the unlock button on the dash (or its hold both buttons, i cant remember) while opening the door from the inside.
