    Advice on running original spare

    Hi Brains trust
    I have upgraded my 19" + 255/55/19 tyres and rims to the Tuff Ant 18" + 265/65/18 AT3 LT on my 2011 3.0 HSE.

I do have the 5th rim with a 2nd hand 265/65/18 but as you all know its a pain fitting it underneath.

    Question
How bad would it be to run the original spare 803 mm to 762 mm?
Could it be done for a short period and treat it like an 80 km/h mini spare some cars come out with?

    Thanks
    Kym

Can you just deflate the spare and mount it?

Seems like a good idea if you don’t have a rear wheel carrier for it.
