    You can take something old and revitalise it - for something like twice the price of a new 'Defender' - price quoted in arstechnica for it is US$195,000 to US$265,000.

    And you can build one yourself for the price of a Salvage Tesla , ~US10,-15K

    why in your right mind would anyone pay someone else to do it, it is not rocket science.
