the high mount stop light has stopped working. Had the car serviced (very well regarded indy) the other day and they checked it and said there was no power to the light. Due to time constraints, they said there wasn't time to trace the fault.
My question is, is there a separate fuse to this light? It seems odd that suddenly there is no power to the light for any other any reason??

I hope they are correct, changing the light is something you don’t want to do
Good luck with it

SubscriberI have checked the owners manual and no, there doesn't appear to be a separate fuse. I'll try following the wiring down to eah tail light, I have noted that there is a fuse for each one but they are both working fine.

A shocking bit of cost cutting by the designer/maker having this light glued in instead of detachable by undoing a couple of small bolts or similar. If mine goes it'll stay gone as I doubt most will notice it's not working or care anyway.
