puddle of water and clear-ih oily substance on ground

my D3 is in getting rear wheel bearing replaced and just went into the garage to find a water / oil based puddle about where the coolant tank would be or just behind.

The oil has a very slight colour but is mostly clear but no smell I could detect.

My LR indy is going to check it out and he thought could be a coolant leak but doesn't explain this oil substance, its not engine oil and with no smell I am thinking maybe power steeting fluid as I just had tie rods and ends done.
Does not smell or feel like brake fluid.
    any thoughts?

Not that I know of, doesn't explain the clear oily substance though.

Turns out it was the coolant expansion tank leaking and the "oily" substance is the residue of the coolant.

New unit fitted while it was in getting rear wheel bearing replaced. Ouch $$$
