VALE Ann Reinking, dancer extraordinaire.
I've always loved watching great dancers, Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, Bing Crosby and Bob Hope [ yes, they started in vaudeville shows] but one stood out from the rest- Ann Reinking. She took it to another level. Having a Wife and Daughter involved in dance with a group called Che Jazz, and watching them rehearse and perform [ albeit at a very amateur level ] gave me an appreciation of what it takes to dance on stage at any level. Ann made it look easy. A class act. The World is poorer for her passing.
