    Reinstalling upper tailgate trim

Reinstalling the upper tailgate trim is proving a challenge. Which is the best option - round, white clips (or 2 yellow to replace the broken white ones!) first or flat, blue clips first?

    thanks

Line up the metal clips first.
Then a firm thump to seat everything home.

Like tombie says, the secret with trims is forget it's your car and how much you paid for it. That'll always get it done.

Success. Turns out that a bit less ignorance is a handy companion to brute force.

And while the screw inside the door handle will not grip, I am not taking the trim back off to explore the issue.

Now, if only I could remember where I put the door striker rubber trim two weeks ago??
