So, I've joined the OKA community, which is, by definition, small. I still have three LRs, so I guess another headache won't be noticed.
It's quite amazing how much attention it gets wherever it goes. But It won't be going far just yet. Bit to do. But it has accelerated the resurrection of my D2, as the Ford is now ****ed and not worth spending $$$ on, and the OKA is NOT a daily driver, at least not here.
I guess madness is cumulative, it grows with age.

All forgiven Tins.
Looks like a nice unit. Was it a commercial tour vehicle at some stage?

Apparently it's a bit of a mongrel. Started as a dual cab 9 seater with a tray, on the mines, but not underground. The rear section was grafted on later. Pretty rough in places, but the things are so simple it won't be too hard to sort.
It has a pop top, fitted interior which I may change after trying it out, solar, water tanks, German diesel heater, fridge and sep freezer. Got a Codan radio which I'll probably keep once I figure it out.
Just a big Deefer really.
