Second hand LPG fo Disco

Does anyone have any idea of where I might either purchase and have installed a second hand LPG conversion or just have one installed that I might be able to get say from a wreckers for my 99 V8 Discovery preferably in the Newcastle area but Sydney also. All of the prices I heve been quoted for new systems are in excess of $3000 which is a bit on the rich side and none of the gas fitting dealers in Newcastle want to do second hand systems as they say it would "stuff up their industry". I am having to look at alternatives to LPG now a bit more seriously with LPG in the bush already hovering at just under $1.50 but you also have to do the sums and trying to recover $3000 or more in fuel savings means a lot of K's. Any help appreciated.Thanks.
