    Help fixing Defender doors

Hi all, I have a friend up in the Coffs Harbour (NSW) area whose 2001 Defender has been knocked back on rego due to rust in the door bottoms. She is not able to fix it herself for lack of expertise, but would like to have her Defender back on the road. I was wondering if anyone knew of someone in that neck of the woods that would be competent welding channel into the doors (commercial or backyard), and willing to do the job for a fair fee? Feel free to PM if you’d like Help fixing Defender doors.

    Cheers, Matt

    Some alternatives are...

*You can buy the lower channels to fix Defender doors, but if its corrosion on the alum skin it wont fix that.
*Used doors in good nick and look after them.
*buy new doors from SP in the U.K that manufacture their own doors in all variations such as alloy, gal etc etc they also sell cheap doors.

Cheap unfortunately is not a term when sourcing Defender panels / doors.
    Regards
    Daz
