As far as I know they are the same. The 2L spread bore may be different but I don't think so. I had all three types of head gaskets here at one time & they all lined up on a 1595cc head.
I’ve acquired a few S1 heads and having had a quick look, they all seem similar. What are the defining characteristics that differentiate one from tother??

The heads are the same but 1.6 heads have different exhaust valves (shorter I think) and the valve guides have a different inlet guide seal arrangement. So do a check on the valves first before bolting them onto a block, otherwise your valve clearances will be way out!
Cheers
