    Cruise set speed and indicated speed out by +1kph

    I had cause to do a hard reset the other week.

    Since then, whenever I set the cruise speed, the indicated speed will settle at +1kph on the cruise speed. Until the reset, they were always the same (bar any up/downhill changes, of course).
    e.g. set cruise speed at 100, indicated speed will settle on 101.
    Same at 70 -> 71.

    Google Maps nav, and OziExplorer will also indicate road speed at the +1 figure, so I'm assuming the speedo is correct, and it's the cruise set speed that's off?
    (I did change the CCF with the GAP tool some years ago to get an accurate speedo, which has until now performed perfectly.)

    I also had a complete transmission rebuild, including torque converter, about 6,000km ago.

    Any ideas?

    Really?? - you are worried by a 1kph difference. I am lucky if mine is within 5kph difference. If the cruise has me going a little fast I just tap it down a bit until it sorts itself out where I want it.

    LOL, call it OCD, but for the last 5 years they've been agreeing all the way!

    I’d agree - that’d really bother me too

    Normally caused by not adjusting CCF parameters correctly so I'd check the current parameters against what were set 5 years ago suspecting that something got changed with the reset.
