New BWI struts fitted and dessicant changed

As FYI I recently purchased 4 BWI struts from Island 4x4. Cost was 2k delivered to my door. That included a $300 customs hit. Struts were fitted by my local Indy at $150 a corner (while doing a general service). Very pleased with the result it drives like new. Old struts had 140k on them and it showed. The dampers were getting tired. As a matter of interest the boxes the struts came in were labelled "Made in UK". And all id marks had been ground off - except one where LR logo was still just visible. Apparently this is now common my indie was saying he's been getting parts for Audi's/other makes where the part provided is obviously the same as the one supplied to car maker - but they grind makers id off so there can be no warranty claim.
Also got a seal/desiccant kit from 4x4 airseals. I fitted that a pretty easy job. My amk compressor seems fine though some o rings and original desiccant was tired.
 Overall happy with the results.
