I had an ARB bar fitted last year and mine does it only after I’ve washed the car or it’s been raining, I’ve checked and can’t really see anything out of place. Once whatever is causing it is dry then they function as normal.
Hoping someone might be able to help diagnose the issues with the park sensors. Have just purchase a MY16 D4 and had OL bullbar fitted. This was all done from interstate as I brought the vehicle in Vic and had it transported over to WA. Anyway after Bullbar fitted the park sensors now give a solid tone once you go into reverse or drive, hitting the button turns them off. Have checked all the wiring in the Bullbar everything in tact and there is no warning code to say there is an issue. Has anyone had the same issue? Any advice be great.

Would the diagnostic tool be able to tell me what the issue is? It’s really starting to frustrate me now.
Yes it should. I get it when I put my tow bar on.
The diagnostic tool will be able to show live values from each sensor and you can get someone to walk around in front of them to see the values changing. It'll also log any faults if that's the issue.
MY08 D3 - The Antichrist - "Permagrimace". Turn the key and play the "will it get me home again" lottery.
Was the bar fitted by OL (I assume Opposite Lock)?
I assume they have a national warranty, take it to a branch in WA and get them to fix it.

I don't have a bullbar but my sensors and reversing camera stop working when it rains.
I get a warning beep and a message on the screen saying the camera is not working.
Obviously the camera and sensors share the same circuit.
When "something" dries it all starts working again.

Have solved the issue with the dang senors, apparently when a Bullbar is fitted they need to be re-calibrated, had this done at our last service and has solved the problem. Who would have thought!
