Warning red and Orange warning lights on Disco 4 2.7 2010

Hi All,
I have had a issues arise when driving the other day the Red and Orange warning lights come on in my disco 4 both at the same time the 1st warning said Restricted performance then the 2nd said Gearbox fault. Would someone be able to tell me what this problem could be and it only happens when the weather is warm at least 30+ and not towing. We have had a euro car specialist scan the car and a lot of historical faults were found and the codes were cleared after some diagnosis. We then went for a drive and only 1 code re appeared U025D-00 (lost communication with front controls interface module “B” I have referred to the workshop manual electrical diagrams and was not able to find this fault.

At the moment it’s clear but until it strikes again and you get the code it could be nothing or a range of problems.

Even a battery on its way out can cause issues.
