Our work Ranger 3.2,had a failed Viscous coupling on the rad fan at 130,000 Km.
The AC tech who did the fan said he does lots of them,the AC condenser is also borderline in size,as well,so the AC will trip out before the engine overheats,luckily.
Well the engine will eventually overheat,but the AC tripping out regularly is a message to the driver something is not quite right somewhere.
He actually fits an electric fan to them to help reduce condensing pressures.
And engine oil leaks,early on which took a few goes for them to fix properly....
