    oil for vacuum pump, aircon refill,

    just refilling the aircon in the disco, anyone an alternative for the vacuum pump oil in my new chinesium vacuum pump specs say hfv 32,is that the same as compressor oil.

    Generally no as modern compressor oil is synthetic and very hygroscopic.

    HFV 32 is a mineral oil.
    Any mineral vacuum pump oil will do,same viscosity,or mineral refrigeration compressor oil.
