Disco 3 SE Petrol - P2100 Code (no warning lights on dashboard)

Hi

Today I ran the OBD-II tool on my 2005 Discovery 3 SE Petrol 3.8L (135K kms) and came up with a P2100 code.

I looked up the code which seems to relate to the throttle actuator. Is this a problem for a mechanic or for an auto electrician?

There are no engine warning lights illuminated on the dash and driving around the city the car is running fine (though I did notice a few weeks ago while travelling on a freeway that the car seemed to struggle a bit going up hills at speed - which I dismissed as just being par for the course with the vehicle, though now I'm not so sure.)

The reason I ran the OBD-II is because last two times I drove the vehicle the suspension warning light (amber) was illuminated for a short time on each trip, which I'll need to get sorted as well. Can anyone recommend who would be good at sorting this in Sydney, please?

Graeme Cooper Automotive has a good name for Land Rovers. I have never used them as I don't live in the area.
