AirCon regas. 650 or 810 grams?

Anyone recall what the air conditioning gas recharge amount is - 3.6 TDV8 RRS 2010.

The under bonnet sticker lists 2 different values - 650 grams and 810 grams

I imagine that there are two units, one front, the other rear. The values will be for front alone and front and back.
Pure educated guesswork on my behalf, sorry I can't help you further.

Nah, not 2 separate systems. Ian is right though in that'll be "front only" and "with rear" values. With a rear evap you have a greater system volume.

What is the easiest way to work out if my 2010 TDV8 has a rear evaporator or not?

Do you have the controls and vents for the rear HVAC unit?

The parts diagram doesn't show a rear evaporator and not being a station wagon why would it have rear air?
The sticker is probably also used on other vehicles such as the D4.

    That sounds most likely.

The sticker seems to show two options for either two or four occupants/outlets according to the black arrows.
