    Weird wiper actions .

Hi memes . After many years of driving discovery's and my wife's freelander 2 i6 . I decided to purchase a 2008 RR sport . 2.7ltr . Went to open the car and centrallocking works . When I go to use the wipers , the wipers do not work . They are operating the central locking and hazard lights . The tailgates are unlocked by this a⁹swell. Any thoughts on were to to start looking please . Rear wiper works .

Weird indeed. Somehow the circuits have become interconnected, by a pinched wiring harness or corrosion in a plug or the fuse box, it could also be that the wiper circuit has lost an earth and is earthing via the other circuits as cars often use negative switching.

Before going down the rabbit hole, is the car still under warranty?
